Comfort Food

I have been craving comfort food lately....and for me, any kind of dip and chips tops the list! This recipe is my Aunt Kathy's famous corn dip. You have to make it the day before and refrigerate it overnight.......but it is AMAZING. I am making this for bible study dinner on Monday night. Enjoy!!!

Aunt Kathy’s Corn Dip
A favorite of all college kids

2 large cans of yellow corn (one can should be white shoe peg), drained
1 large can of chopped green chilies, drained
3 chopped green onions (tops and stems)
1 block of cheddar cheese (2 cups shredded) (or a bit more)
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
Dash of garlic salt
3 chopped jalapenos
Bit of cumin-to taste.

Mix all together and refrigerate overnight, mixture will thicken overnight.

Serve with corn chips
