Couples Shower in DC

On Sunday May 31st, four of our favorite couples (Peter and Ellie, Laurel and Ryan, Amy Marie and Mark, and Kimberly and Rob) hosted a couples baby shower for us and Tootie and Mike's house in Falls Church. It was so great to be with all our friend and for Whit to have some of his "guys" there to celebrate. Ellie, Amy Marie, Laurel and Kimberly did such a wonderful job with the shower and made with so fun for all the guys and gals there. Mark (Amy Marie's husband) cooked all the burgers on the grill and Amy Marie made home-made red sangria (I definitely had a short glass of that!) as well as home-made banana pudding. Kimberly made yummy queso and cole slaw, Ellie and Peter had wonderful home-made cookies and salad and Laurel and Ryan made this AWESOME home-made macaroni and cheese and desserts. Everything was perfect, it was a wonderful laid-back time with dear friends, celebrating little Ms. "MH"
