I ran across this article today, while reading the NY Times: 10 Things to Scratch From Your Worry List
With all the fear, guilt and angst the news media shoves down our throats in just 10 minutes of watching the evening news.....its enough to make Dolly Parton depressed. Thats why this article listing (and poking fun of) 10 things we can stop obsessing over, was so funny and enjoyable to me.
Being absolutely terrified of sharks myself, #7 was particularly encouraging :)
